How do I create an account?
As a barber, please press ‘get started’ below or search Barbr on the app store and sign up directly in the app. It should take you under 5 minutes to create your profile.
Clients can sign up during their first booking.
I’m having trouble logging in
Please make sure your country code, phone and password is correct. Be sure to do the exact same phone number. For example, if you signed up with “7123456789” make sure to log in with the exact same number, not “07123456789”.
You can reset your password if required by hitting ‘forgot password’ on the login page.
Can my clients leave reviews for me?
Of course! In fact we highly recommend that you prompt your clients to leave you a review as it will help you in the long run.
Will I receive a custom booking link?
Yes! When signing on with Barbr you can choose a username and get a custom link to share with your clients, put on your social media and allow anyone to easily check your details and book an appointment in seconds!
How can I get my clients to start using Barbr?
We have a few ways of making the transition to Barbr really easy.
First, we recommend sharing your booking link on your social media pages. Put your booking link in bio and each profile visit can now turn into a new client! We also recommend you upload your digital flyer (found in the app) as a post/story to let clients know how to book. If it’s a story, we recommend adding a highlight to your page showing the digital flyer. Feel free to tag us on Instagram @getbarbr for a repost!
You can also get FREE posters and business cards with a QR code that clients can scan to be taken directly to your booking link. This is a great way to get clients to start using Barbr. Put up the poster in your shop and give a business card to each client who hasn’t booked via Barbr. This makes it easy for them to book online for the next cut and the business card itself keeps you at the top of their mind.

In case of an emergency, will I be able to reschedule a haircut?
In case of an emergency you’ll be able to cancel and suggest a new time that is more suitable to you. You’ll be able to do this from your calendar, just select the booking and cancel it with a message asking the client to re-book at your chosen time. This may be inconvenient for clients so try to avoid doing it, but s*** happens so if you have to this is the best way to do it. You could also call your client if it’s really late notice, just in case they miss the notification.
What will my clients see on my link?
Your clients will see everything on your profile. Opening hours, location, bio, portfolio, services, pricing and availability! You can see an example here : www.barbr.me/blu_fadez
What does the booking process look like?
Feel free to book yourself using your same login details to get a feel of the booking process! Essentially, a client will see your profile, showing your portfolio, reviews, services, pricing etc and they can choose a service, select a time slot based on your availability and then confirm the booking!
After the booking, they will receive a reminder to leave a review and a re-book reminder if they don’t re-book you within 6 weeks.
Can I add breaks?
Yes, Barbr will allow you to add breaks to your schedule which will block out hours. In order to do this click the “add” button on your schedule.

What if I can’t make my appointment?
In the event of you not being able to make your appointment please be sure to respect your barber’s cancellation policy and cancel your appointment with enough notice. Failure to do so may result in a late cancellation, no-show charge or being restricted from future bookings.
Will I receive a reminder for my scheduled booking?
Yes. You will receive an email reminder 3 hours prior to your booking. We also recommend you add the booking to your calendar after checkout by pressing the button on the confirmation page.
Will I be allowed to book for myself and someone else?
Yes but we recommend just booking 2 appointments back-to-back to book for multiple people.
Will I be able to leave reviews for barbers?
Definitely! A review is a free way to support your barber’s business so we always recommend leaving a review after your appointment. You’ll receive a text/email asking for a review when your appointment is finished.
Do I have to download an app to book an appointment?
No! All you need is your barber’s booking link (e.g barbr.me/blu_fadez) and you can book directly from there in seconds.
What is Barbr’s pricing?
Barbr wants to remain accessible to all. Our mission is to empower each and every barber to thrive and we don’t want pricing to get in the way of that.
Keeping that in mind, our platform is FREE for clients and FREE for barbers with under 20 bookings per month. Once a barber goes over 20 bookings per month, there is a subscription fee of £15/mo.
All new barbers will receive a trial to get a good idea of the platform before they are asked to pay for it. We also offer a 30 day money back guarantee if you are unhappy with the service.
Online card payments have a 2% processing fee.
Do you do volume pricing?
Yes. If a shop (more than 3 barbers) is signing up, get in touch with us to discuss a discount on the usual subscription fee.
